Purchase Information
Warranty
I warrant every piece of furniture I make for my lifetime provided that the expansion, contraction, cracking and warping of wood due to changes in temperature and humidity shall not be considered a defect and further provided that the use of a piece for anything other that its original intended purpose will render this warranty void. In addition, over time the exposure of furniture to light may fade or even darken a finish. This aging process is inevitable and is also not considered a defect. I will correct any piece should it become unserviceable due to normal aging at no charge provided that the cost of shipment to and from my shop shall be paid by the customer.
Payment
One third of the purchase price is due upon order and the balance plus applicable sales tax is due upon my delivery or the balance shall be due prior to shipment if by a third party shipper.
Shipping
Crating, shipping and insurance are normally at the customer’s expense. Many pieces can be delivered without charge within 90 miles of Jackson, Mississippi.
